No, you will be supported by floatation devices, allowing you to fully relax without needing to swim.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 4 days prior to the event are accepted, with a $20 administration fee deducted from refunds.

Stillness caters to the cities of Greater Vancouver. As a mobile service, the location varies depending on bookings, which could be at hotels, country clubs, or private residences.
How long does the experience last?
The floating sound bath session lasts 40 minutes, allowing participants to fully immerse themselves in the experience and achieve a state of relaxation and inner peace.
Do I need to bring anything with me for the sound bath experience?
No, you don’t need to bring anything specific. Participants are fully clothed (no bathing suits required) and are provided with a plush blanket and eye mask.
Is there a weight limit for participants?
Yes, the maximum weight limit is 250 lbs.
What happens after the sound bath session?
After the session concludes, participants are assisted off their floats and invited to enjoy a refreshing spa-infused water or tea.
Can pregnant individuals participate in the sound bath?
It is not recommended for pregnant individuals to participate in the sound bath.
