You don't have to keep carrying it.
Stillness is a wellness experience company based in Greater Vancouver. We create real, felt experiences that help people slow down, heal, and come back to themselves.
In summer 2024, we launched with floating sound healing sessions in the Greater Vancouver area. The water. The open air. The quiet. It was the beginning of something.
When the seasons changed, we moved indoors — and discovered that the container we'd been creating outside translated into something deeper when brought into an intimate, intentional space. We began offering sound journeys, breathwork, yoga, and guided meditation. And people kept showing up.
Not just for wellness. But because something in them needed to be heard.
Healing isn't a destination.
But you have to start somewhere.
Stillness exists because healing is real work — and everyone deserves a place to do it. Whether you're just curious or you've been waiting a long time, you're welcome here.

Running sessions since Summer 2024
I started as a host. I ended up becoming a facilitator — not because I planned to, but because I couldn't stop learning.
I built Stillness because I needed it. I was drawn to sound healing and breathwork the way most people are — quietly, almost accidentally, through a door I wasn't sure I was ready to open.
In running sessions for others, I kept seeing the same thing.
That's why I built Stillness. Not as a brand, but as a room. A real one. A space where people can put down what they've been carrying and remember what it feels like to be inside their own body without bracing for the next hard thing.
Since 2024, I've had the privilege of holding space for over 400 people across Vancouver, burnt-out professionals, exhausted parents, people in grief, people who came because a friend dragged them and almost turned around in the parking lot. Every single one of them changed something in me too.
I'm a certified sound healing and breathwork facilitator. But more than my certifications, I bring my own experience of the work. The genuine belief that healing is possible, that the nervous system can learn safety, and that one hour of real stillness can reach somewhere that years of pushing through cannot.
Stillness is honest work. It's not perfect. It's not finished. But it's real — and it keeps growing.
What makes
Stillness different
We don't offer classes. We offer experiences. There's a difference — and you'll feel it the moment you walk in.
Experiential, not educational
You don't leave knowing more. You leave feeling different. Every session is designed to create a real, physical shift — not just a mental one.
Led by someone in it
Our founder isn't teaching from a textbook. She's facilitating from lived experience. That's not a marketing line. You'll feel it in the room.
Honest, not mystical
We skip the jargon. No toxic positivity. No pressure to "transform." Just a real space where you can slow down and feel what's actually there.
Rooted in community
We're a Vancouver company. Our sessions are intimate. Our community is real. We're not a platform — we're a place.
A safe container
Everything we create is designed to help you feel held. You don't need to be ready. You just need to show up.
Generational thinking
We work with adults. And we build tools for children. Because healing is more powerful when it starts early.
For the Next Generation
Most of what we carry started young.
In working with adults, a pattern became clear. Most of the pain people are processing in their 30s and 40s has roots in childhood — in things they were never given language for.
Affirmation Decks
Simple, visual affirmations designed for children aged 4–12. Beautiful, gentle, and genuinely fun to use — alone or with a parent.
Conversation Decks
Cards that open real conversations between kids and the adults who love them. About feelings, fears, and what it means to be okay.
Why we built them
Not as a product line. As a response to what we kept seeing in our adult sessions. Every card is built with intention — and with the child's inner world in mind.
